Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail. Please note our cancellation policy policy (applied to total reservation invoice) is: 25% non-refundable deposit if reservation is cancelled 50% charge between 7 days and 3 days prior to arrival date and 100% charge within 2 days of arrival date. All refunds subject to a minimum $10 to 5% transaction fee. In the event of full cancellation, transfer of reservation to a third party, other than the original renter, must be approved and confirmed by Lion’s Head Beach Motel & Cottages management. Management's decision is final.
